Yep. Upgrade or downgrade whenever. Most clients shift up after 6 months once they see what's possible. We'll adjust your billing and move forward. No penalties, no lectures.
What if we outgrow a plan?
That's actually what we want. Call us. We'll review what you're managing now versus what you need, then move you to the right level. Usually takes one phone call.
Do you offer annual discounts?
We do. Pay annually and get 15% off Growth Stage or Enterprise plans. Getting Started is month-to-month, so you're already flexible there.
What happens if we need emergency support outside business hours?
Growth Stage and Enterprise both include priority response. Enterprise gets 24/7 access to our team. Getting Started? We'll respond within the next business day, but critical incidents always get attention.
